If you decide to work with us, we will take care of your site in many ways. Here are a few examples of services, which are included in our monthly package:
Never lift a finger. Our remote team will do everything to successfully manage WordPress for you, while you can focus on your business.
Your plugins, themes, and core files are updated and included in your monthly website report to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Because problems happen at the worst time possible. Your website status is constantly being checked and we take immediate action if it's down.
You submit your website edit instructions via email. Please be very clear and attach necessary files. We only accept support requests that can be tackled without additional custom development.
We fulfill your request as fast as possible (typically within 24 hours). After the delivery, we keep a constant eye on maintenance (new updates, backups, bugs and potential vulnerabilities).
At the end of each month, you will receive a personalized report from us with useful insights about your website's analytics, performance, and a summary of the work we have done for you.

WP Care is a subscription-based service, operated by Joswig Solutions UG in Germany, which provides monthly website maintenance and on-demand support for WordPress-related issues.
The website edits do not include custom development (creating new plugins or themes), custom code changes (modifying existing features), graphic design, "PSD to WordPress" requests, creation of content, building a new website, or any other jobs that would take us longer than 30 minutes to finish.
Included: You want us to upload blog content that you created with attached images that have been sent and format for WordPress with instructions
Not included: You want us to create a blog post, find images and upload to WordPress with no instruction for formatting
Included: You want us to add a new product to your WooCommerce store (for which you've provided all needed content).
Not included: You want us to create a custom checkout process for your WooCommerce store.
Included: You want us to take the text that you emailed to us and use it to replace the current content on your About page.
Not included: You want us to write content for or design your About page.
Of course! We provide care plans specifically for the ongoing support of any e-commerce site built on WordPress. Websites with advanced functionality like this require our Premium Plan. They take more resources for us to manage, so making sure you are on the right plan means we will be able to dedicate what's needed to keep your website secure, fast and running smoothly.
The WP Care team is distributed, meaning we work from all around the globe! Most of our employees are located in Germany (Europe) and Singapore (Southeast Asia). This gives us the ability to provide a 24/7 service.
To be honest, it depends on the ticket. Here is how it works:
Once you sign up for the care plan that makes the most sense for you, you will receive a welcome email with information on your plan and details about how to securely send us your login credentials. Once you send login information for your WordPress dashboard and hosting provider, we will have your plan fully implemented in less than 24 hours.
Yes, absolutely! There are no termination penalties or long-term contracts involved. But you will always have to pay for the month ahead, so it makes more sense to commit to our service for 2-3 weeks and cancel after the first month if you really should not like it.
